Choose ten minutes today when you are not performing, not planning, not solving anything. You are only staying close. A short reading of Scripture, a quiet sitting, a walk without words.
And deliberately sow one small seed today: a kind word, a quiet help, a prayer for someone, without waiting to see the fruit. Leave the growing to the One who does it better anyway.
